Dex.Silo.01: Tomato Edition
Have you ever dined inside a Wine Silo Tank? Set within a 1920s wine tank of 5,000 hectoliters, dex.Silo.01 returns as a pop-up fine dining hub and creative gastronomic platform, hosting immersive, themed culinary experiences shaped by art, culture, science, and food storytelling.
For this year’s multi-course degustation menu, the experience revolves around a single ingredient deeply connected to the region of Elis: the Tomato. Traditional recipes meet contemporary culinary interpretations in an intimate multi-sensory journey, exploring memory and Mediterranean identity.

Dex.Sundays are for cinema
In collaboration with CINEBUR, one of the historic Silo Tanks is transformed into an open-air cinema every Sunday throughout the summer.
The therinó cinema—a beloved Greek summer tradition—is celebrated through a carefully curated selection of films that pay tribute to renowned directors while reflecting the values and spirit of Dexamenes.
